Ordering

All products are hand-blended in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipment (custom or large orders may take slightly longer). Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location. Local pickup may be available at select events or markets - watch our social pages for announcements!

Moody Brew Tea Co. is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers once the package leaves our hands.

Returns & Refunds

Because our teas, herbs, and sugar cubes are food products, all sales of consumables are final and cannot be returned or refunded. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at contact@moodybrewteaco.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Non-food items (such as mugs, apparel, and accessories) may be returned within 14 days if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Payments

We accept most major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options through our checkout system. All payments must clear before orders are shipped.

Taxes

Sales tax is applied in accordance with Texas state law and calculated automatically at checkout.

Handcrafted Quality

All Moody Brew products are hand-blended and packaged under Texas Cottage Food Law guidelines in a safe and insured kitchen. Each batch is unique - variations in color or texture are normal and part of the handmade charm.

Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, citrus, or flowers. Always read the ingredients listed on each package before use.

We'll send you our wholesale catalog, pricing sheet, and ordering information.

Once approved, you'll receive access to our wholesale order portal and can begin placing orders anytime.

Requirements

A valid resale or tax ID number
Agreement to our minimum order quantities (listed in the catalog)
Retailers may not repackage or alter Moody Brew Tea Company products or labels.
