Return & Exchange Policy

At Moody Brew Tea Company, we want every customer to love their Moody Brew experience! Each tea, herbal blend, and sugar cube is handmade with care, using only the finest natural ingredients. Because these products are considered consumable food items, we do not accept returns or refunds once they leave our hands. This ensures the integrity, safety, and freshness of every sip.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please reach out within 7 days of delivery to contact@moodybrewteaco.com with your order number and photos. We'll be happy to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns on Non-Food Items

We do accept returns and exchanges for non-food items such as mugs, accessories, apparel, and other merchandise that are not edible products.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error or the product arrived damaged. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
