  • Lavender

  • Catnip

  • Lemon Balm

  • Valerian Root

  • Peppermint


Preparation

Step 1


The amount in a steeper is everything! Need strong mood control, use more herbs and steep it longer. Need a light mood adjustment, less is more. Typical amount is 1-2 Tbsp in a steeper or tea bag per cup.



Step 2


This brew is meant to steep for a minimum of 10 minutes before enjoying. Any herb that is a root requires longer steeping time for effectiveness.
