The amount in a steeper is everything! Need strong mood control, use more herbs and steep it longer. Need a light mood adjustment, less is more. Typical amount is 1-2 Tbsp in a steeper or tea bag per cup.

This brew is meant to steep for a minimum of 8-10 minutes before enjoying.

How to make the chai:
Steep the herbal blend in boiling water for 8-10 minutes.
Add milk or a dairy free alternative
Sweeten with honey, maple syrup, or your Moody Brew sugar cubes.
