At Moody Brew Tea Co., all of our teas, herbs, and sugar cubes are handcrafted food products - and for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on those items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at contact@moodybrewteaco.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Non-food items (like mugs, accessories, or apparel) may be returned within 14 days if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs apply unless we made an error.

Processing Time

All orders are hand-blended, packaged, and shipped with care from Magnolia, Texas. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. During busy seasons, sales, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer - but trust us, your brew is worth the wait!

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on your selection at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Once your package ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your Moody Brew on its journey to you.

Order Issues & Lost Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it's in the care of the shipping carrier. If your package appears delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information. If you still need help, reach out to us at contact@moodybrewteaco.com and we will do our best to assist.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

At this time, Moody Brew tea Co., ships within the U.S. only - but we're brewing up plans to expand in the future!
